Beet Spinach is similar to spinach and can be cooked or used in salads. It is an easy-to-grow "cut and come again" vegetable. It does not run to seed in dry conditions and is winter hardy. Produces a mass of mid-green leaves with thin stems.
Sow thinly in shallow drills 2cm deep with 35-45cm between rows. As they appear gradually thin until plants are spaced 20cm apart. Pull rather than cut leaves as required, leaving plants to continue to develop. Ready to harvest in approximately 65 days from sowing.
