A reliable yellow wax climbing bean with high yields of crunchy, oval and stringless 8″ pods with excellent sweet flavour. The vines are vigorous climbers which easily top 8 feet, so you need some serious support. Beans are hungry crops that require ample organic matter dug in prior to sowing. Sow in pots undercover in April for an earlier harvest (heat required for good germination) or directly outside when all danger of frost has passed. Protect young plants from pests. Loosely tie in young plants to supports.
