The Poached egg plant, Limnanthes douglasii, bears bright white and yellow cup-shaped flowers. It's a great choice for using as ground cover, and is an asset in the vegetable garden as it attracts a wide range of pollinators and insect predators. It will self-seed freely and naturalise around the garden. Grow Limnanthes douglasii in moist but well-drained soil in full sun.
